A confusing message was posted saying eWalletXpress was having technical problems and would be back online very soon. But very soon never came. By the end of the following week the rumors were flying that EWX was leaving the USA market from fear of USA prosecution when merchant casinos were sent a message from eWalletXpress: "We regret to inform you that we are no longer able to continue service at this time due to a federal warrant issued to seize our funds…" In reality I always wondered how they were able to hold on so long servicing USA Casino players in the first place. The UIGEA laws were not that detailed and did not point at players. The law was prohibiting transfers of moneys to and from casinos for USA residence. EwalletXpress ***** was used as an e-wallet casino deposit system for USA deposits and withdrawals in Canadian Dollars. But EwalletXpress can not be used for USA casino deposits.
