Let me comment on the above mentioned "Bet line wins are multiplied by the number of coins bet per bet line." The wager on any particular spin is chosen by the player. The amount won via a high  multiplier with a small coin value is the same as a low multiplier with a high coin value if the amount of the wager is the same. Let me give you an example to  illustrate my point.

100 x 5(multiplier) x .01 = 5.00 euros
